NB: Standard pitches suitable for caravans, caravanettes, trailer tents, motorhomes ( to 26 foot), folding campers, tents (to just over 4 metres wide)………….No 5 wheelers or Americans’ motor homes.

*  EHU for tents…only if all professional equipment used, with both safeguards installed.  NO AMATEUR BODGE-UPS.    NO DOMESTIC KETTLES< ELECTRIC FIRES, FAN HEATERS to be allowed.

     ** DOG’s on leads, under control,  NOT walked on site, can be straight out of our gates – in the 150.000 acres of Ringwood Forest. Owners deemed fully responsible for their pets, and their “ accidents “.

   *** Pup tents to be put up behind main unit, or in front…not alongside…Fire, Health and safety reasons.

 **** Gazebo’s only to br placed in front of main unit, or between the booked group together neighbouring pitches. ( friends, relatives.

There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy operated at Hillside campsite.  Abusive, rude, violent, anti-social OR just down right stupid  guests….will be evicted immediately.

Pitches are only held provisionally on a £25 deposit, balance payable at least 30 days before arrival. Credit cards and Paypal are only accepted if paid for in advance through our website - see Pay Now ( In any event all charges will be paid before pitching ).

All guests booking at Hillside are deemed to be in full acceptance of our terms & conditions
